Junior Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for supporting LGHS Grad Night and helping to make it the celebration of a lifetime for our Class of 2024 Graduates! We could not do this without you.

What You Need to Know

Where to park

Please park in the Senior or Junior lots on campus.

Food & Beverage

We’ll have a limited supply of coffee and water on hand Saturday morning. These items can be found next to the Check-In Desk in front of the Music Building on New York Ave beginning at 6:00 a.m.

What to wear

Please wear casual and comfortable attire along with close-toed shoes.

Restrooms

Volunteers may use the restrooms located in the large gym or the restrooms located inside the Design Building on the first floor, Room D103.

Important tip

We've put colored stickers on items so that volunteers can identify what items belong to what vendor. We'll post the color-code document throughout the event space for reference.

If you need to cancel your shift

Please try to find a replacement and then email your point of contact and Jennifer Colson, jcolson@gmail.com. Please put CANCEL SHIFT in the subject line along with the date and time of your shift.
