GRAD NIGHT RULES


  • Grad Night is for LGHS 2026 graduates ONLY. No Guests. No Exceptions.
  • All LGHS rules apply.
  • All graduates must have a photo ID to show upon entry.
  • Graduates must check-in on June 5th between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM at the Main Gym Lobby on New York Avenue across from Helm Field. Grad Night organizers are only responsible for those students who check-in. 
  • No admittance past 11:00 PM.
  • To participate, the graduate AND one parent or guardian must complete and sign all required waivers. This applies even if the graduate is 18 years of age.
  • All graduates are expected and encouraged to remain at Grad Night until it is over at 5:30 AM. There will be areas within the event to rest and recharge. If an early departure before 4:00 AM is necessary, parents will be contacted to  provide permission (even if the graduate is 18 years of age).
  • Once a graduate leaves the event for any reason (even to go to their car), they may not return.
  • Grad Night organizers and volunteers are not responsible for graduates once they leave the event space.
  • No outside food or drink allowed. No cash is needed. All food/beverages and activities are included in the admission price.
  • No bags, purses, backpacks or water bottles will be allowed inside the event. Items brought to the event will be held at our Grad Night Baggage Claim until a graduate departs. Graduates who carry epi-pens or other medication during the course of Grad Night should bring and store them in a bag at Baggage Claim.
  • A "breathalyzer" will be present and administered to graduates at random and/or if suspected of alcohol use.
  • The use or possession of tobacco, alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
  • Candid photos and videos of graduates will be taken throughout the evening and may be made available to download after the event.
