Where to park
Parking options include the Junior Lot by the Los Gatos High School tennis courts, parking spaces along New York Avenue, Brooklyn Ave, Pleasant Street, or in front of the high school on East Main Street. There may also be additional street parking along High School Court.
Please note that on June 7, Grad Night organizers will utilize the senior lot to assist vendors with set-up. We'll need to share the Senior Lot with graduating seniors attending graduation rehearsals from 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Doors to the Senior Museum will open at 4:00 p.m. and graduation begins at 6:00 p.m. Anticipate there being very few to no parking options on campus the closer it gets to 6:00 p.m.
Large Deliveries
If you need to drive into the event space to make your delivery, you’ll enter through Gate 11, which is shown on the map.
The Senior Lot is located across from Gate 11, off of New York Avenue and next to Helm Field. When instructed by your point of contact, vendors will proceed through Gate 11 and up Chicago Avenue. We've turned Chicago Avenue into a one way street on June 7 for safety reasons. There will be a volunteer on hand to greet you at the gate entrance and ensure you have a safe path to get you where you need to go. There is no entry point for vehicles into the event space other than Gate 11.
Please note: You will not be able to stage your truck or trailer on campus between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. due to the graduation ceremony. Families of graduates will need all parking spaces. Please make other arrangements during those hours.
You may stage your truck or trailer in the Senior Lot on June 7 between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. However, if your truck or trailer is not in place by 10:00 p.m., you will need to stage your vehicle elsewhere. Graduates arrive for the event at 10:30 p.m., and for safety reasons, no trucks or trailers may enter New York Avenue to stage trucks after 10:00 p.m.
