GRAD NIGHT ARRIVAL DETAILS:

As Grad Night on June 6th approaches, we want to highlight a few key rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for all our graduates:

Graduates Only: This event is exclusively for LGHS Class of 2025 graduates. No guests are permitted.

Photo ID Required: All graduates must present a photo ID upon entry.

Arrival: Parents are encouraged to drop off graduates for the night. Please drive up Pleasant Ave and drop at New York Ave intersection, you will be asked to U-turn to leave as New York Ave will be a one way road for the night. Graduates will walk down New York Ave to the entrance to the event at Chicago Ave.

If graduate is driving themselves, they will proceed down New York Ave to the Junior Lot to park and then walk back to the event entrance at Chicago Ave. See map below for details.

Check-In: Graduates must check in starting at 10:00 PM in front of the Music Building on New York Avenue. Organizers are only responsible for checked-in students. No admittance after 11:00 PM.

Stay Until 5:30 AM: The goal of the night is a safe & sober celebration, therefore graduates are strongly encouraged to remain for the entire event. There will be areas within the event to rest and recharge. Early departures require prior arrangements or parental permission at the time of departure.

No Re-Entry: Once a graduate leaves the event for any reason, they will not be allowed to return.

Personal Belongings: No outside food or drink, cash, bags, purses, backpacks, or water bottles are allowed inside. A supervised baggage claim will be available for these items. Graduates needing to carry medication (e.g., EpiPens) should store it in a bag at baggage claim.

Substance Policy: The use or possession of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs is strictly prohibited.
